Harold Schroeder (Chair of Board)
Harold Schroeder is the Board Chair of House of Peace Ministries and President & CEO of Schroeder & Schroeder Inc.
With over four decades of experience, Harold has become a trusted advisor to boards, executives, and senior management in not-for-profit, public, and private sector organizations across North America, Europe, and Africa. He is known for his expertise in transforming politically challenging and complex work environments, cultivating organizational capacity, and fostering accountability-driven cultures.
An accomplished author, Harold has written four books, 26 white papers, and over 50 articles in third-party journals. His professional designations include Fellow Certified Management Consultant (FCMC), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), and Certified Health Executive (CHE). Harold holds an MBA, an M.Sc. in Health Administration, a BA in Psychology, and a B.Sc. in Biology
Jeremiah Yongo
Jeremiah Msugh Yongo was born 57 years ago into a Christian family. His parents, who became Christians through the ministry of Resonate Global Mission in Tiv land, were active in church planting and evangelism. Witnessing their work deeply influenced him.
Jeremiah pursued a degree in Veterinary Medicine, inspired by Resonate's agriculture ministry. After practicing for eleven years, he and his wife, Marietta, felt called to full-time Christian service. They joined a joint project with World Renew/Resonate/Partners Worldwide in Niger State, Nigeria, focusing on community development and church planting among the Avadi people.
Now, as part of Partners Worldwide in West Africa, Jeremiah leads initiatives to promote business as a Christian calling, fighting poverty through job creation. He holds degrees in Veterinary Medicine (DVM) and Business Administration (MBA). Jeremiah and Marietta are dedicated to empowering others to live abundantly and serving faithfully in their lifelong mission.
Habila Musa
Habila Musa studied architecture in the university of Jos. While studying he volunteered with City ministries ECWA (CME). Upon finishing school, he fully joined CME and was sent to open a branch of the ministry in Kaduna, with a focus on missions. He was later transferred to Gero where we worked with the orphan children of city ministry.

In 2011 he left CME to work for All Nations Capetown. He received training on church planting and later served in Tanzania. Upon returning he joined the prison ministries of Nigeria and became the secretary of the Plateau state chapter.
​
He is now working with a ministry in Kaduna called Crown Pillar Ministries, which focuses on helping orphans receive education and empowering them to succeed in life.
Rufat Alaskarov
Rafat Alaskarov is a development specialist at Resonate Global Mission in Burlington, Ontario, where he's been contributing since January 2022. With a strong background in cross-cultural competence and donor engagement, Rafat previously managed refugee settlement programs at Adam House in Toronto for over four years.

His career includes roles in communications, property management, and security, demonstrating his diverse skill set.
Rafat holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Political Studies from York University, a Postgraduate Certificate in International Development from Humber College, and a certification in Fundraising and Development Foundations from UC Davis.
Bose Bode
Mrs. Bosede. A. Olanrewaju has worked as a missionary teacher from 1999 with Chapel of Goodnews Kaduna. She then transitioned to Calvary Ministries (CAPRO) and was just seconded to Jinkai Intervention Global Initiative (JIGI), a Calvary Ministries (CAPRO)'s non-Governmental organization.

She has served as a teacher in schools, a school head, and a homeschooler. She presently coordinates the women’s empowerment project of JIGI.
​
She is a wife and a mother.
Idris Tahiru
Idris Tahiru, A Fulani by tribe, has extensive experience preaching, teaching, and translating for the Fulani people. He started his career working as a missionary and assistant veterinarian for 7 years in Gombe state.
​
Since 2004 he has began working with SIL (Wycliff) in translating the Old Testament into Fulfulde.
​
He had the opportunity of studying Hebrew in Israel for 6 months and is currently one year away from completing of a degree in Linguistics and Bible translation from the Theological College of Northern Nigeria.
